Original Text:

רבי יהודה אומר: מצוה לזון את הבנים, וקל וחומר לבנות, משום זילותא.

Translation:

Rabbi Yehudah said: A father should support his sons, and all the more so his daughters, because it is shameful [for the daughters to not be supported].
