תרגום יונתן, דברים כד:יז-יח

Original Text:

לא תטה משפט גר יתום ואלמנה ולא ימשכן אחד מכם כסות של אלמנה שלא יקומו שכנים רעים ויוציאו עליך אופי רע [דיבה] כאשר תחזירו המשכון לה:

Translation:

Do not subvert the rights of the stranger, the orphan or the widow and do not take the clothing of the widow as a pledge so that evil neighbors will not come out against you when you return the pledge to her.
