עֹשֵׁק דָּל חֵרֵף עֹשֵׂהוּ וּמְכַבְּדוֹ חֹנֵן אֶבְיוֹן:

Translation:

One who oppresses the poor, blasphemes their Maker. One who is gracious to the needy honors God.
