תהלים נח:ב

הַאֻמְנָם אֵלֶם צֶדֶק תְּדַבֵּרוּן מֵישָׁרִים תִּשְׁפְּטוּ בְּנֵי אָדָם:

O mighty ones, do you really decree what is just? Do you judge mankind with equity?
[JPS translation]
