Original Text:

צֶדֶק וּמִשְׁפָּט מְכוֹן כִּסְאֶךָ חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת יְקַדְּמוּ פָנֶיךָ:

Translation:

Righteousness and justice are the base of Your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness stand before You.
