מלך עליון. המדבר צדקה, הלובש צדקה, המאזין צעקה, לעדי עד ימלוך.

Translation:

The Supreme king, who speaks tzedakah, and dons tzedakah and hearkens to the voice of the caller--forever shall God reign!
